Catering Calibration was established by Wayne Murray in January 2010. Since then, Catering Calibration has grown year on year. Our Customers include: Hospitals, Supermarkets, Shops, Crèches, Hotels, Catering Companies, Pubs, Restaurants, Food Manufacturers, Butchers and many others.
 
 
Our unique selling point is our mobile thermometer calibration
laboratory. In the past, our customers had to send their thermometer off for calibration. Now we come to them and calibrate at their facility. This saves both time and money.

Catering Calibration has over eleven years experience working within the highly regulated ISO17025 environment. Previously, Wayne worked for AGB Scientific Ltd (now VWR International) and Reagecon as a Senior Calibration Test Engineer within the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Research, Education and Food 
Industries. During this time, Wayne was under constant assessment and was audited by bodies like IMB, FDA, INAB and other governing bodies.
 
Wayne has calibrated many different types of equipment and used many different types of test standards. He has a vast knowledge of calibration and validation processes.
 
Wayne also has certificates in Quality, Statistics, Electronics and Front Line Management. His detailed training records are a credit to the huge amount of time, money and effort spent on his education to get him to such a high level.
